Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Mini and Me Photography! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our photography services ("Services"). By booking a session or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Services

Mini and Me Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to family, maternity, newborn, and portrait photography. Our services are offered in various packages which may include different combinations of photo sessions, digital images, prints, and albums.

Booking and Payment

1. **Booking Confirmation**: To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of [Deposit Amount] is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to your total session fee.
2. **Payment**: Full payment is required on or before the date of the photo session. Payment methods accepted include [List Payment Methods].

Cancellations and Refunds

## Session Policies

1. **Punctuality**: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time.
2. **Conduct**: Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the photographer and any staff. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.

Image Delivery

1. **Processing Time**: Edited images will be delivered within [Processing Time, e.g., 2-4 weeks] from the date of the session.

Copyright and Usage

2. **Client's Rights**: Clients receive a limited license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from Mini and Me Photography.
3. **Third-Party Printing**: Clients are not permitted to edit, alter, or sell the images. Printing through third-party vendors is allowed for personal use.

Liability

1. **Indemnity**: Mini and Me Photography is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the photo session. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mini and Me Photography against any claims arising from the session.
2. **Force Majeure**: Mini and Me Photography is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies.

Privacy

1. **Personal Information**: Mini and Me Photography respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the Services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
2. **Model Release**: Clients may be required to sign a model release form allowing Mini and Me Photography to use images for promotional purposes.

Changes to Terms

Mini and Me Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
